We have had to exchangea couple of items over the past 11 years, no problems *ALWAYS PURCHASE THE PROTECTION PLAN* Best Buy is only place we will purchase high quality electronics!

So I was glad that I got the warrantee in coverage in case I hit it on things because I plan on wearing it every day and I wanted to protect my investment

Went into Best Buy store and was automatically offered option to buy same watch or an upgrade, would just have to pay the difference. I am so glad I bought the Geek Squad Protection. Worth it.

We all know that something can go wrong with electronics at any time. I have used the plan for replacement of my Fitbit and they have been great!

Since it wasn't a manufacturer's defect, we had to repurchase the warranty with the replacement. However still worth the $50 for a brand new surge. Easy to exchange @ store!

It is simple , quick and easy to go in store to either get something fixed or replaced. Saves time by not having to go to the manufacturer.
