I have Geek Squad protection on several items and any time I have had an issue with one of those devices Geek Squad has taken care of my issues without hesitation.

not great for phones unless its iPhone or Samsung. For any other device like Google Pixel, they don't do part swaps, they want $199 service fee to replace it. Phone itself, by the end of the 2 years is already that price for the refurbished (which is what they send you). Really no point.

Grandson broke the screen within 5 months. DIL brought the tablet in for a fix, but they gave her a new one for the grandson. Best policy yet because it was really used and easy to get a replacement product.
