When purchasing electronics like the Fitbit Alta I always purchase the warantee from Best Buy. Their warantee is worth the money because they have the staff that knows what they are doing.

I haven't used yet but I am glad to have it with this purchase since it's a watch and they hit many surfaces & could get broken anytime.

Something happened with my galaxy watch used the geek squad and they replaced my watch . Just had to purchase a new geek squad plan.

Purchased the watch for Father's day and have had issues since..The battery life is good for several days and the display is clear.

I brought the protection but haven't used it yet but just in case i needed it

They always take care of my stuff and they will even replace it for a new product if necessary. I'd buy the whole geek squad if I could!

i didn't have the geek protection with my first one as it was a gift and and after a year and a half it broke and there was nothing i could do and also the warranty had expired.

The warranty is great since for any reason I must take it back it’s covered
