I wanted to get a handle on my daily routine and sleep patterns. The Alta was easy to set up. It does its job on activity, but if I sit knitting for hours, as I do, the Alta interprets this as restless sleep.

I got this just in case anything happens to watch we can get fixed

I have had my Fitbit 2 years and love it. Definitely buy the extended warranty as it covers everything. They have replaced my Fitbit twice with no complaint. They have been wear and tear issues

It's good to know that I don't have to worry about my samsung gear if it stops working or it breaks because it's covered by warranty for a cheaper price. Thanks a lot for my peace of mind. Two thumbs up!

had gotten a tv from BB few months ago. It started to give a blue tint on images. when geek squad said they were unable to repair it, they refunded the entire money on the Tv. absolutely happy about it! :)

Because this is a watch, and is on the wrist, many things can happen to damage it, so I think this is money well spent, getting not just a warranty for not functioning, but a complete warranty, no matter how it happened.

Buying this warranty was a great purchase. BestBuy staff members have always been helpful and take care of my issues quickly. I highly recommend getting insurance on any of your purchases.

Unfortunately I had to use my warranty to replace my Fitbit but the customer service person who assisted me was awesome and it was a painless proces. I love the ease of warranty service here

love my smart watch great to answer calls and see my text from family and able to answer them quickly. It also tracks my steps and stress. Love it
