Geek Squad replacement plan was worth the cost. I ran into a problem with my fitbit and things were taken care of immediately. I love to shop at Best Buy.

not great for phones unless its iPhone or Samsung. For any other device like Google Pixel, they don't do part swaps, they want $199 service fee to replace it. Phone itself, by the end of the 2 years is already that price for the refurbished (which is what they send you). Really no point.

Hopefully I won't have to use this and can say it was a waste of money, but until then it brings a little piece of mind.

Love all the different programs, can customize the types of workout, LOVE the sleep and other tracking reports that can be printed for work related points!!

Geek squad has really help with my tech items when they go down. They help me find the problems and if they can"t get working they replace asap. Great job Greek Squad

This is a great addition to any product you buy. Best buy is the only company out there that really honors their warranties without any questions asked.

I try to maintain a Geek Squad warranty with every product that I buy from this store I've had a bad track record with things not lasting up to 30 days fortunately with a small deductible you can have the whole item replaced and it probably cost a lot less than contract phone deductibles.

For those anything that can happen will happen moments in life these warranty's are there to assist you! Thank goodness you can have these for a little help!

I work in a stamping plant. Full of dirt, grease and hard objects to hit my wrist on i.e. damage the watch . You NEED a protection plan for a smart watch.

I got this for peace of mind. The Geek is awesome. They are fantastic.

Great option to get when getting a tracker. BB is mal ways there if the product fails and was the case when my tracker'a strap became detached from the housing.

I always purchase this when buying a big ticket item. It is so worth it! I have had to use it several times, and Best Buy has always honored it.
