Always get the warranty. You can exchange for a new device if something was to happen to your device.

I have had to use the warranty when the band broke on my Surge model. The band was not replaceable and made the watch inoperable. Bestbuy made the exchange very easy.

Love my warranty service. I haven't use the service thus far for anything i have gotten through Best Buy.

Hopefully I won't need to use this insurance but I would hate for something to happen and not have it. It's a catch 22 but for the price it just gives me a little more piece of mind.

Best protection you can get. My watch was just swapped after cracked screen.

Fortunately I haven't need this service yet but am glad to know it's there.

Well worth the value when my son's watch needed a replacement due to a accidental scratching of his watch face and frame.

Having the product replacement has been wonderful for me. Something has always happened to my fitbit. If I didn't have the warranty, I would be paying full price to replace.

So glad I purchased geek squad for my Fitbit, washed it a couple of times took it back and exchanged it for a different one. No questions asked and was easily replaced.

The sales person was very knowledgeable about the product,and gave advice on plan.

Look for "Replacement " in plan pretty much extends return policy by plan years.

I stand behind the 2-year Accidental Geek Squad Product Replacement plan! In fact I have never purchased a product from Bestbuy without adding the security that this plan offers!!!

I always recommend getting the warranty. Best buy is always compliant with their warranty promise. They will replace your product.

I purchased another type of watch before, but this Galaxy 4 watch has all the functions i desired.

My Charge 2 crystal cracked, without the protection plan I would have had to replace the Charge 2 at my cost. However, with the protection plan it was replaced right away.

My wrist band broke at the watch and could not be easily repaired. The lady at Customer Service said "No problem, pick out another watch". Just like that I got a new watch.

Not sure. I have never had to use it. I would like to think the Geek squad would be there if i needed it.
