We are harsh on our electronics due to kids and just being active and Best Buy's return policy is excellent! Never had an issue in the 10+years I've been shopping there.

I always by the Geek Squad protection on all of my electronics. I like having that extra security on my fitbits, computer, and other expensive purchases.

My fit bit failed, but the geek squad protection did not fail. Barely any questions asked, quick satisfaction, and credit received promptly when I returned the fit bit.

I havent used it yed. But im sure it would be great.

I used the Accidental Product Replacement with my old FITBIT Charge and it was great, Every time my FITBIT had issues, the warranty allowed me to receive a new FITBIT.

Worth the price for sure. Needed service and was in and out with out hassles or waits.

Two of us bought the band and both worked great for the first month. One band malfunctioned, stopped syncing, and screen became static. BUT thanks to BB's return policy and Geek Squad, I was able to replace the malfunctioning band with a new one. The new one is working great. Now we have 2 happy MS Band users in our home.

For an unknown reason, my husband's FitBit quit working. I took it back to Best Buy and it was replaced--then and there! Good use of money for piece of mind.

I use the warranty on high end expensive items and it has covered me. It’s a peace of mind.

What is thereto say about warranty to that has your back. I always purchase for you never know what may go wrong.
