I've had to replace my previous watch and having the protection through best buy helped. The frustrating part was because they didn't have my original watch on stock, I needed to choose from a more expensive watch and had to pay the difference as well as purchase another another protection plan. Although, I understand the business side of it, I wasn't expecting to have to pay anything...because I thought that was the purpose of having the protection plan. Also, over the phone, best buy didn't seem knowledgeable on the whole replacement plan they offer and that was frustrating because the employee I spoke to over the phone was not going to honor the product replacement plan. But I went into the store, with my printed plan and another associate knew their products and exchanged my item.

I like that anytime i have had an issue my device was fixed or replaced.

This coverage is really money well spent...it does cover your product from all accidental issue that could come up...

Bought a crockpot for my mom got the insurance for 2 yrs hope I don’t need to use it but I do at least I’m covered thx again

It is very good; It is very useful too, because I can update my device anytime, before the protection expires.

Geek Squad replacement plan was worth the cost. I ran into a problem with my fitbit and things were taken care of immediately. I love to shop at Best Buy.

I always purchase this when buying a big ticket item. It is so worth it! I have had to use it several times, and Best Buy has always honored it.

Insurance is a good thing. I have been unfortunate no to need it but I am glad I have it.

You can't go wrong with the extra protection on your devices. If its broke they fix it or they will replace it.

I try to maintain a Geek Squad warranty with every product that I buy from this store I've had a bad track record with things not lasting up to 30 days fortunately with a small deductible you can have the whole item replaced and it probably cost a lot less than contract phone deductibles.
