I have been very happy since I purchased this product. The salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I bought my wife a Charge Hr about a year ago. She trained with it and ran multiple races with it. The end result was it wore out. We brought it back to Best Buy and not only replaced it but upgraded. We just had to pay the difference. This is well worth it for Fitbits especially if you are going to seriously use them.

I bought this with a watch I bought 2 years ago, after running, swimming, hiking and doing all different stuff, the watch took a beating and still handled everything. After everything, the watch was im good condition. Recommend getting it for any product

YUP, geek squad has traded out our device when it has failed no questions asked. Simply told them that it broke and they honored the product replacement. Very happy that I bought this coverage will do so with future products with Best Buy.

Purchased this for my old watch and it was reallt simple to get my non functioning watch taken care of. I bought coverage on the new watch as well

For the price, its soooo worth it to get the accidental plan for people always on the go and traveling like us. I got this plan for my bf's watch that I purchased here (which him & EVERYONE loves! Check out Huawei watches) and its great to know that if ever something happens, Best Buy's got you covered!

I tend to always purchase a warranty on the higher end electronics I buy. Always come in handy and always pleased with the service provided. I bought this along with my fitness tracker and it's great to have if your watch breaks or stops working.

Anything I buy over $150, I always get protection. I have three kids and something is bound to happen in the next 2 to 3 years. I’d rather play it safe. And when something does happen they are awesome they fix or replace it right on the spot. Totally worth it!

I wouldn't buy a smart watch without Best Buy's 2 year replacement coverage. Too many horror stories about manufacturers finding the failure to be non-warranty. I've had bad luck with my smart watches, but covered by my plan.

Love this membership, it has saved me a lot of money overall. It gives you peace of mind and the support is A+. This is well worth purchasing!

I have purchased the buyer protection plan for every Fitbit Ive owned. You definitely get your money's worth. You wouldn't want one of these to break on you. I've replaced each model at least once. There's no hassle. All you need is the box and the and proof of purchase and you can't grab a brand new one for free!

I have never purchased an item without purchasing the geek squad protection. The benefits outweigh the cost and its a huge money saver in the end. I like that I have the option to purchase extra years right before it the current one expires and I love that I get an email telling me that my protection is almost due.

I highly recommend geek squad protection plans. Especially for products that are used every day or prone to damage. I won't buy a electronics product without a geek squad plan. I don't always use the plan but Im always glad to have the peice of mind that my device is covered if something happens.
