Smart employes, was in and out. Best part I left happy!

I got this protection plan for my smart watch because I’ve read a couple reviews some watches have complications after a year after purchase. This pretty much puts a security blanket over it, just incase it starts having problems.

Bought this for a smart watch. I ALWAYS buy the protection plan!! The watch stopped working, I went to the store, left with a new watch. I decided to upgrade so I just paid the difference and bought the plan for the new watch.

Can't go wrong with these. My watches have always seems to slump down a little over time or the batteries just go out in them and this protection plan keeps me going with a good watch that does everything I need it to.

I pay $200 a year for total tech support but continue to pay for additional support on various products. It’s all quite frustrating because I feel like I’m just throwing money around. And I’m pretty sure you shouldn’t feel that way

Always get the GS when getting items that might have accidents.

I was within my two year warranty. My phone completely died. They helped be pick our a new watch. It was not in the store so they order it and it was shipped to my house. Everything worked out great. I suggest you always get the warranty.

If you ever have a problem or have had one, it only makes sense to protect your purchase. Best Buy has always honores the Geek Squad protection. We insure many things and this is another item that I depend on.

Used my warranty when Samsung's update "bricked" my watch. I wish the warranty covered the full length of time for as many replacementts/repairs necessary during that time. Not just a gift card for the amount, then having to purchase a new item and a new warranty. Warranties used to work this way!

A lot of people think negatively of these plans, but if I'm spending a decent amount of money on something, it's definitely worth a bit extra for the accidental plans. Being a complete clutz, I've been able to break the unbreakable. Best Buy makes it so easy to replace even when it's my fault it broke!

Watch is running strong love it and use it every day. Good for timing workouts, measure heart rate etc

There are tons of features. I would recomend this product too any outdoorsman from hunting fishing golf or even hiking

I always get the protection. Products just don't last as long as they used to. Best Buy always will repair or allow you to exchange the item. Previously exchanged my fitness watch that I bought over a year ago that did not hold a charge anymore. No questions was allowed to exchange for another product.

The geek squak are amazing people to work with, the extra protection for your product and peace of mind is well work it. I highly recommend it for anything that you purchase that may need repairs.

The watch ⌚ I bought was only one year and three months and it stopped working I had to charge it twice a day. I returned it for a new one, and had to return it because there were no more galaxy 3 watches.

Even though it seems expensive at first when buying, it is 100% worth it!! I sweat a lot and sometimes bang against things and my Fitbit messed up. I had this protection, took it in and replaced it with no problem! Easy and no questions asked!! For the money you pay for gadgets, get them protected!!
