Geek Squad warranties are generally a great value. We have not yet had to file a claim on them so far.

I have been a BBY customer for years (around 10 by now) and I never buy any electronics without the replacement/protection plan attached. It's worth it, they will either fix the product or give you a new one. And that, to me, says a lot about the store's policies and their commitment with the public.

I purchased this on my original Fitbit. After about 18 months, it was showing signs of wear and starting to come apart. I stopped into Best Buy to see what I needed to bring in to use the replacement policy and the replacement was made on the spot! I made sure to have this on my new one.

I love Geek Squad protection, never had issues just sucks I had to return my Galaxy 4 watch. But I ddi went on Tradesquare and got them protected. Never hesitate getting extra coverage if you spending 500+

Tremendous peace of mind when you buy this program. I have bought and used the program on other items in the past. It has always resulted in a quick replacement with a brand new item, no questions and very painless. Given the cost of the Garmin it protects , this was a no brainer.

My daughter had a fit bit that did not work well. Because I had the warranty, it was easy to switch out. The previous model was not available anymore but I was able to get the next model up and best buy was able to find and match a best price. For this type of product, the warranty plan is worth it

Geek squad is the best at what they do i trust them over any other place for returns and repairs.

I am so glad I got the warranty. I walked in there told them the device wasn’t working. They refunded my money. I got a new device.

I am in love with my new Samsung watch. It works like it's suppose too. My watch fell in water and is still running, nice. I bought this watch so I could go swimming while wearing the watch and "Yes" it works so no problems.

A definite must while purchasing this tech product. Had a similar product that died less that 2 years after purchase and because I had purchased this received the full purchase price back on the spot.
