Im hoping this helps protect my boyfriends watch, he works in a factory, so hoping the scratch resistant works!

I always purchase protection on my devices. Best buys geeksquad protection makes it easy to swap out devices if stops working properly.

I am not gentle on my fitbit. Not for lack of trying but sometimes I forget I have it on while doing and oil change, or it gets caught in a rubber glove at work. If anything happens to it I know the people at Best Buy will take it back no questions asked and I get to walk away with a new one.

I have been purchasing the 2 year plan for printers since 2010. And if it fails I take it back to Best Buy. I get credit for what I paid and then choose a newer printer with more features usually for less money. Recently had a FitBit fail so the credit went to a new model that was better.

I purchased extended warranty on my watch! After about 6 months it quit charging! Took it back and was given a new watch to replace! If I didn’t get extended they would have pro rated price with replacement that had been worked on 2nd hand... well worth extended service plan!

The service was perfect. I came in with the watch, went to the counter and explained to them what the problem was. They confirmed my information, went and got a new watch off the shelf and changed it out. No problems at all.

Love the geek squad service. Fast when they are not busy.

Battery starts running low too early in the day after only 20 months, or having weird software issues that you cant fix. This allows you to just swap to a new one for the price on the plan, awsome

Geek squad is amazing if they are not able to fix your device they will re place it but only if its still under warrnty.

although I have not used the insurance, I am satisfied that I can use it at any time
