After daily wear for almost a year, my Gatmin tracker wrist band gave out a bit. I took it back to my local Best Buy store and within 15 minutes I walked out with a brand new tracker free of charge. I am so glad I purchased the Protection Plan because I love my Gatmin tracker !!

Purchase of my gear fit just in case and guess what almost 2 years to the day minus 2 weeks the band on my watch broke OH Well no worries got to take it in for repair or upgrade because they may not have this model available

Always, always buy the warranty so in a couple years when battery isn't working very well you can trade it in for a new one.

I had to use the extended warranty for my Fitbit. I had my receipt also and Ur company /store were so nice and helpful. Even with replacing my product U assisted with updating me. I had it for a year and needed a new one due to getting tripped and ending up in the pool. Thank U

They were great just took awhile to be seen . They had low staff that day.

I have had this product for two years. I have taken in three laptops for check-ups. What a relief to have a place to go through and make sure everything is up to date and working. It covers so many of my electronics.

Bought the warranty for a $300 product and I'm glad I did! had an issue about 7 months after purchase. Brought it to the store and 30 minutes later with the help of an awesome BB sales person I was walking out with a Brand New item! Moral of the story: BUY THE WARRANTY!

Just nice to have accidental protection since the person i bought the watch for tends to break their electronics.

The replacement warranty is well worth the money! Although there have been times when I have not had to use it, those times when I have it has been a blessing. No hassles and no issues. Having the replacement warranty gives me confidence in the product I am buying.

I've bought this for every watch I've gotten and have used it at least once due to the fact that the watch malfunctioned later on. I was able to get a brand nee replacement for no extra charge. Worth it.

I was about to step into the shower with my new Fitbit still on my wrist when I noticed it just in time. I don't wear a watch, so I'm not used to taking something off my wrist.... I hope I don't have to use the replacement insurance, but I'm glad it's there.

I purchased the protection plan because the product is new and I wanted peace of mind that if anything happens to the Blaze I would be able to replace with little or no problem. For the little it costs well worth the money. Here's hoping it was just a good peace of mind investment.
