my fitbit needed to be replaced because the screen had ripped off from the base unit. I walked in, explained the situation and got a brand new replacement without any hassle. This is the type of warranty you buy for breakable things; warranties done right! A+

Glad I saw I bought this protection plan. Having to keep gluing the wrist bands onto the watch. Will take it in and get a new wrist band. Watch works great, the wrist band keeping coming off.

I bought a Fit bit for my 10 year old daughter for her birthday. I don't usually buy replacement plans but I feel more comfortable knowing if something happens to her Fit bit that we have something to fall back on and are not just out the money for the entire purchase.

I bought my wife a high-end watch, and like all beautiful and delicate things exposed to the real world, replacement insurance is a wise choice. Especially at the cost of the service versus the cost of the watch!

I take advantage of the warranty that I buy. My Fitbit takes a lot of usage by me during my many workouts and sometimes become damaged. Due to having this warranty, it's a seamless process of getting a replacement. Definitely a great price for the warranty!

I'm not usually on board with buying the extra protection, but I got it on the Vivoactive HR watch for my son, which has been a lifesaver--we've had so many issues with the watch, but each time, we bring the watch in and they hand us a brand new one. Easy!

Bought the fit-bit watch for my son as a X-Mas present. He is very happy with it so far as you uses it all time when he goes out and does some running or walking exercising. We bought the Accidental Replacement Warranty for the product in case something happened to the fit-bit. This gives my son a good piece of mind on the product. As of now he has not had to utilize this warranty.

Can’t complain. Has its pros and cons but I always prefer to add the protection. Better safe than sorry

Highly recommend getting the protection. When it came down to repairing my Samsung watch they gave me the option to exchange the watch for the same one, or upgrade to the latest. I just had to pay the difference.

Glad to have purchased the warranty. I purchased warranty over screen protector since it covers that and screen protector does not last that long.

Havent had to use it, but its nice to have. Never know when kids or clumsy people get near your stuff.
