My Fitbit broke after a year and a half of having it and the company wasn’t able to do anything for me but offer a 20% discount. Best Buy was able to replace it for me with the use of the warrenty right in the store!

I've had problems with 2 Fitbits. A battery wouldn't charge in one. A band broke on another. Each time I was able to get it replaced because I had Geek Squad protection. So easy! I loved not having to send the product anywhere.

The Geek Squad protection plan ensures replacement for damage products. I personally find the Geek Squad to be more accommodating than the product‘s company warranty support staff!

This is a great protection plan for a great price and there are no monthly fees it's a 1 time purchase which is awesome. You never have to worry about damaging your device and having to put another $400 down for a new one

This extended service plan saved me a lot of money by fully crediting me back payment when my Garmin stopped working for no apparent reason.

I love my Galaxy watch 4. I moved to this from the Galaxy active. I just wish there were more watch faces to choose from. Maybe down the road.
