On almost all electronic purchases we make at Best Buy we opt for the extra protection. We have used this program may 2-3 times and the employees are always so accommodating and helpful.

I highly recommend the warranty on the product. It’s easily damaged and I’ve had issues with charging after mfg warranty expires and geek squad covered it.

Hope to not use, but have on another purchase. Was well worth having.

Extends the warranty! Good, since FitBit products usually last under 2 years before some damage happens. Appreciate paying a little extra for damage I might cause that Best Buy will cover!
