Buying the Geek Squad protection / replacement is ALWAYS a must and a great option. Accidents do happen and it's always best to not have to pay full price again to fix or replace your product.

I really hadnt had to use this. But maybe, I will try and use it for my asung watch and seenif I can get a new battery placed in.

On purchases that you know there is a good chance of breakage this is a valuable buy. Only had to use it once before but the process to get my device taken care of was simple and quick.
