The 2 year protection was thoroughly explained when offered. The service representative was helpful and did not pressure me to write it.

I always purchase available protection plans on expensive items... especially technology and I'm so glad I did! After 1 year and 9 months, I was getting an error message on my watch. I took it to the geek squad, they said it needed replaced, didn't have the same watch in stock.. I paid the difference for the newest watch (about $20) and had a new watch (purchased the protection plan again) within an hour.

i have used warranties from bestbuy a few times to replace items that otherwise would have been very costly to replace over the years, an example would be a dlp tv in which the bulb went out, and i contacted bestbuy they sent a tech with a replacement bulb and after replacement it was like i had a brand new tv, the tv is now on its 3rd owner and still going strong gotta love a well built device and a well served warranty to save your investment.

When it comes to smart electronics coverage is a must. Do not short yourself because of a few extra bucks. The peace of mind alone is worth it.

The plan was super simple to use, just bring the product in and tell them your account details. I have used this to replace a smart watch and wireless earbuds. Both times I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes. If you get a product that might get damaged physically (or has a battery that might die), make sure to get the plan.

Excellent and easy to replace a broken watch. They have small batteries and have the potential to take damage easily. Last time I walked into BestBuy with a broken watch that was my fault and walked out with a new one still in the box. The extended warranty isn’t even debatable on a wearable. Buy it.

I always purchase accidental protection plans on my products. this came in handy when my fitbit charge 2 stopped working out of no where. I took it to best buy. they looked at it and simply told me to get a new one. I got my new fitbit free since I purchased this warranty the first time around and I purchased it again when I had to replace my fitbit.

I don't know why anyone wouldn't get GSP on most of the products at Best Buy. Absolutely worth it since most products is total replacement or store credit for the product for up to 2 years. No brainer!

Getting the protection plans on all my items has paid for its self everytime. I had to replace my garmin watch and I used the Store credit to buy a new watch with no issues and got the plan on the new watch.

This product is amazing! I love this because I can track my sleep and health more comfortably than with a watch. There is a $6/mo membership for the ring, but it's how you get all the intricate details.

I had purchased 2 fit-bit's in 2015 for Christmas for me and my husband. We wore them daily and after 14 months we noticed that the bands were starting to bulge . We took them back to the store where we bought them and without question they replaced them with the new upgraded ones that fit-bit came out with. I am really glad that I bought the 2 year warranty! I also bought the warranty for the new fit-bits as well.

Love this watch. The only thing i dont like is the battery. It lasts only 3 days at the most and it loses more battery on airplane mode than it does it i dont turn it on.

Protect everything from the hazards of life. If you have a wife and or kids this is a must have.

I was having issues with my watch functions. Thinking that I had tried everything, including a reboot, I decided to take it in for help. They worked their magic including a reboot that I also tried and walked out happy with a working watch!

This is the number 1 buy for any electronic that you get. I have had the worst luck with items and this comes in clutch.
