We all know that something can go wrong with electronics at any time. I have used the plan for replacement of my Fitbit and they have been great!

Since it wasn't a manufacturer's defect, we had to repurchase the warranty with the replacement. However still worth the $50 for a brand new surge. Easy to exchange @ store!

It is simple , quick and easy to go in store to either get something fixed or replaced. Saves time by not having to go to the manufacturer.

After trying to reset it it wouldn't come on again. Best Buy's warranty covered it. I got the newest version charge 2. Didn't cost me nothing more!
