Geek Squad offered to repair my old Galaxy Watch 4 when it wasn't working or I could have it returned for a defect under the policy and get it pretty much replaced at full value. I was able to opt for a return of my old model 4 since it wasn't connecting and the replacement paid of an upgrade to the Galaxy Watch6 and a new protection policy. Well worth it in my experience!

I had to take my husband’s watch back and it was very easy they replaced it and I was able to get a new watch. Very convenient and easy for anyone considering it.
