I wasn't given specific details about what exactly is covered with replacement plan but was told it covers a lot. I figured it's worth it if something goes wrong. And if they don't have this model available then I get the newer version. That works for me.

I returned a Fit bit. I had no problem with the return. However I was informed the price of the warranty went up. Therefore I had to pay an extra 10 for the exchange. I don't think I should have been made to pay more money on a warranted item.

I am so glad I purchase this 2 year warrantee. Already had to use it and the customer service could not be nicer or easier

This is well worth double the cost! You never know what can happen. We have replaced Fitbits in our family a couple of times.
