Anything product that I buy from Best Buy, I always add the Geek Squad. Protection. I am glad I got it because at work I bump my watch a couple of times and I know if it damaged, I can take it back with no problem.

I would never buy any electronics without a service plan, it is the best investment you can make and the cost is well worth the headache if you do not get one.

Best protection plan ever. Accidents happen, a lot in my family, and Geek Squad is a hassle-free process to protect our gear.

My Fitbit stopped working and just as simple as giving them my info and the front desk lady said go pick a new one ! I paid a small prorate cost (which is fair!) and boom! I have a new one that same day ! Love it

When buying a sports watch like the garmin smartwatch you are bound to be a bit rough on it. The two year protection plan gives you the reassurance that the watch will be taken care of if anything happens to it.

All I can say is always get the protection plan from geek squad it’s always worth it in case something happens you don’t have to pay out of pocket

This is my second Galaxy smartwatch. I had the Gear Fit and when the battery died, I decided to bite the bullet and get the Gear S. Although I liked the simplicity of the Gear Fit, the Gear S doesn't disappoint. I don't have the cell service so I still need my phone near by, but I love all the features the Gear S brings to me. I especially love that I can store and listen to my music on my watch!

I have all my gadgets and PCs covered with Accidental Geek Squad Replacement coverage. When I have had to use the coverage, if the items was not repairable, I was able to replace it with an equivalent item.

Get the protection plan!!!! I've had to call on my protection plan to replace screens and charging ports. Ok so you do have to surrender your device for a time, but you don't have to purchase another expensive piece of technology.

Experience was straight forward exchanging the Galaxy watch.

This product came in very handy when my Fitbit and headphones stopped working. Wish the option could be offered for all products....like apple products, Fitbit and others.

My Galaxy Active 2 watch had the back fall off... I glued it back on which eliminated them fixing it. So I got the protection this time.

Got me a gift card towards my new iPad. Can't really complain about that.
