My last DVD player didn't want to play DVDs but thanks to the protection plan that I bought I was able to exchange it for the same item and didn't have to pay for anything else. Love it.

The protection plan is always great if you have to use it. I. This case it was covered under manufactures warranty but would have been taken care of outside the year.

It’s nice to have warranty just Incase something happens to the portable blue ray player and the warranty was not expensive.
