My experience with Best Buy and their insurance plans has always been great. It's a must have for anything you plan to carry around with you or could potentially be dropped. Never had any hassles and they give you peace of mind.

so far I have not needed but an insurance policy for the price is amazing

Most people make that face when asked about warranties. The protection plan on the Gopro is much needed and a good investment. If you crack the case on the Gopro and water leaks into the camera you are going to be happy your made the investment.

The Geek Squad protection plan ensures replacement for damage products. I personally find the Geek Squad to be more accommodating than the product‘s company warranty support staff!

Geek squad protection for my camcorder is well worth it! My camera had an issue and they took care of it no questions asked! They have fantastic customer service !

For me, but the Geek Squad accidental protection is a no brainer, because if any time I have any problem with any of the items that I bought there, the service was just incredible!.

Haven't had to use Geek Squad service at this time. Still giving it 5 stars for the fact the cost and what the service plan covers is a no brainer.

Geek Squad protection is a must for most products in my opinion. I love how I can get a replacement if my product get broken or damaged with no questions asked.

I think my 2 year geek squad purchase for my camcorder was just great. The coverage is great. I chose a 2 year plan. Because I might want to upgrade by then.

Didn't need to use it, but was worth the satisfaction of knowing I had the service if needed.

I shop at Best Buy mostly for the warranties. They have the best warranty coverage. It's either replaced or repaired. I recently had another warranty company and took 6 weeks before I received a refund. Best Buy refunds immediately

Haven't used the protection plan yet, but from past experience with BB coverage plans, I'm sure it will be good if I do need to use it. Sales associate said it covered accidental damage as well, which is a nice peace of mind.

Nothing has happened to my camera, yet. It is good to know that it's insured just in case something may happen to it.

We have to to use the warranty on the camcorded. But good to have.

Love the Squad! I walk in, tell them what's happening and bam, problem solved!
