This is exactly what it says it is. Worth the cost.

Complete rip off. Best Buy in Orland Park, IL keeps giving me excuses about refunding my return on this warranty. Already spoke with 3 managers and it has been months of me driving back and forth and spending at least an hour each time at the store. Calling is useless because no one answers or the call center cannot help me. I cannot use the warranty on the camera that has already been returned.

Poor service will never get this ever again. Made me waste a lot of money and time

We purchased a TV and surround sound and asked for it to be installed in our apartment. We scheduled the install and it was cancelled. We scheduled it again and again cancelled. We tried again and yet again it was cancelled. It just seems like they dont want to do their job .

Havent used yet. Might take it in because of the heating issue

The only question I have is if the item is lost, does the Geek squad replace it? That would cause my rating to be a 5 star if they did.

Haven’t had to use this yet, thank goodness!! Anytime we’ve ever needed anything of course is when coverage runs out! It’s a great offer though!

Be careful had to push to have the geek squad repair my laptop. Since I always by the Warrany I knew I had coverage but they just wanted me to buy new

Ask many questions when getting and make sure it stated on the receipt. Said I had more covered then did

I had to cancel the purchase on the handycam, thsu I would not need protection

Have not used it yet. Little pricey but if anything happens and they can’t fix it, they will replace it.

I'm not even sure why we got this I never use warranty protection because I work on electronics myself.....

Since I had this for a short time, we'll see how this extended warranty works out.
