    I will start with saying Best Buy issued the refund for my damaged GoPro on the spot. With that said, I am extremely disappointed that the Geek Squad protection plan didn't refund the price of the camera. I had used my Best Buy rewards when I purchased it and they don't get refunded so I basically lost them.....lesson learned.

    Haven’t had to use this yet, thank goodness!! Anytime we’ve ever needed anything of course is when coverage runs out! It’s a great offer though!

    Be careful had to push to have the geek squad repair my laptop. Since I always by the Warrany I knew I had coverage but they just wanted me to buy new

    I don't feel this was worth it. I ended up paying a lot of money and the problem was only like a band aid because the wifi card was out.

    I was charged $89 versus $79 to put insurance on my camera. I went to the store to get it refunded and they told me that I will have to contact support or it will be refunded in a couple of days.

    In the past the unit was replaced with a the next model if the one purchased was discontinued, now they don't do that Electronics always changes model numbers, in this case the "newer model" has nothing different I can discern, yet because they don't make the older model anymore, I had to pay almost 100 dollars to get my failed unit replaced. Not happy at all

    I bought the insurance for my insta360 4. 8k I went to ride my motorcycle and my camera fell on the road and it was totally destroyed and I couldn't rescue it! And the sugar didn't refund me, I'm disappointed

    I’ve purchased the gopro and their warranty since they came out, this last time I took my gopro and warranty to BestBuy they told me they changed their policy and will no longer be replacing or giving me store credit even though this is with coverage. No longer worth it to buy the warranty or gopro at Best Buy.
