They provide good service. They are kind and explain things that could possible be wrong with your product. If it has something that they can not fix they will replace it with another item just like the one you had, or they will give you a refund in a bestbuy gift card

Great camera for traveling. Easy to take anywhere and you can view your pictures right away.

I didn't wind up needing to use this "insurance" but it seems like it could've easily come in handy with a mishap. Optional insurance is always a gamble...especially when you have to read all the fine print these days to see what they might not be covering what you thought they would.

The protection plan is fine, but don't expect a fast resolution to your problems. I had to wait on hold for 90 minutes before being helped and then it took 3 weeks to get my laptop fixed and returned.
