    I hope dont need to use it. My current experience with the such Geek Squad overall is pathetic and far from satisfying. My PC is in transit since Nov 3rd when was shipped from California. Over a month after haven't arrived at my location in Thunderbird Store, Phoenix, AZ. Awful.
