I really like the extra security. It gives me when I’m not in my car hardwire kit is not hard to hook up. I think it’s a great buy.

My Garmin stopped working while under the protection plan. When I returned it to Best Buy, the exact product was no longer available but a better product with more features was. Best Buy honored the Geek Squad protection and replaced the item no questions asked. And I was able to buy another plan for the new item. I am very impressed with Best Buy.

Work very well. I’m using it for Uber and it records and deletes as needed. Also easy to go back and look at recordings.

Excellent all around.Will use it again! Very clean installation, very nice guy doing it, too. I was amazed at how very Clean it was. Just perfect!

Had problems with my tablet and printer. They were able to get the problems solved and will use them again.

I purchased a protection plan with this gps for several reasons. First an foremost i need some reassurance that if a problem with this product should take place that i am covered in a replacment or repair situation. Next it give me peace of mind for future purchase knowing i am well taken care of with best buy backing me up if an accident should occur. All in all, it is always a smart decision to obtain protection coverage for any thing u buy because you never know when an where damage to it will take place.

In my situation this warranty came in handy. Was involved in an accident in which my garmin gps flew out of the car. Took it to best buy and they replaced it on the spot no questions asked

At least I know any problem is covered, worth protecting a big investment

I’ve use the gig squad a number of times now on purchases that I’ve had. Every time the service has been good, and they rectified the situation.

I have purchased Geek Squad Protection on previous devices and have found them to be extremely helpful and easy to talk with concerning any problem or questions I might have. I have talked with technicians at my local store, over the phone and I have chatted with them online. It is a great service and well worth money.

Anything I buy over $150, I always get protection. I have three kids and something is bound to happen in the next 2 to 3 years. I’d rather play it safe. And when something does happen they are awesome they fix or replace it right on the spot. Totally worth it!

Got the tv and got it setup in perfect condition have not had a single issue since!

Great value and add-on for the purchase of the freezer

I purchased this warrantee for peace of mind since the Rand McNally devices I purchased prior to this transaction failed to operate correctly. The Garmin units have worked fine and I don't anticipate problems but I know that if there are problems, they will be resolved quickly at Best Buy.

Was not able to experience the benefit as the installation of the product had not occured after two attempts. Cancelled and asked for a refund after the second attempt to install was not possible.
