Are usually sometimes by the geek squad warranty. The last time I had an issue with the product I returned it three times until they give me my money back and buy something similar or different

The agents installed my front and rear dash cam. He did a good job with the installation, showed me how to use the system and left me with a complete satisfaction.

Recommend for any electronics that are going to be in a vehicle enduring the weather elements. Yes, these electronics are suppose to handle extremes, but sometimes will fail despite protections.

I hope that I never need this. i know that if I do the service will be great. in the past I purchased this service and have only had to use it one time. the time I did best buy was very helpful and replaced my item no questions asked.

I have had to use the geek squad service because I haven't had any problems with the product it is covering but having it gives great peace of mind and protects my investment. I am grateful for the geek squad staff for answering product questions. They are very knowledgeable and courteous.

Getting this makes owning the product worry free for the length of the warranty. Given the placement of the camera exposed to the outdoors it seems like a good product for an extended warranty.
