It is an accidental protection plan so there isn't that much to say about it. I have had to use them in the past and it has always been very easy to use.

The last one I had wouldn't hold its charge so I went in and got some money back. I was also able to purchase another 2 year plan with the new one.

I have always loved gotten this insurance on all my devices and I love it because they will replace the product if something is messed up or they will help u fix it
