YOU DONT SEEM TO REALLY END UP NEEDING ITIN MY OPINION

You have to schedule an appointment to go in to have them try to fix item. When they can't you have to wait for them to send you a new item. (This wasn't clear when purchasing here) If I had known this I wouldn't have purchased here. Save yourself the inconvenience, buy product elsewhere!!! Due to the inconvenience of trying to use protection plan I will no longer shop at best buy!

On July 6, I purchased this Geek Squad (GS) coverage along with a Logitech 920s webcam. The cam quit working, during a Zoom meeting, on August 28. I had used it approximately 6 times. I opened a chat with GS. They said I should download software from Logitech to fix the problem. While I was looking at Logitech's website, GS closed the chat. I wound up contacting Logitech directly to fix the problem.

Way too expensive. Only bought it because the item it protects is a gift and I didn't want it to break and not be replaceable.

They replaced the camera but i had to buy the warranty again? Whats the point

I tried using it they they make it difficult 2 use

Geek squad has let me down. Used to recccomend them to everyone but now it is a joke they want you to have that total tech subscription

Geek squad is a joke, they don’t seem to know how to fix anything nor put in the effort.

Couldn't get the help I needed with this warranty so now I don't buy best buy warranties anymore.

I don't know why I keep buying these, it rarely works out to my favor, should just buy lottery tickets, similar outcome

Overall it’s an ok/good camera . If it didn’t have the fumble it wouldn’t be worth it but I like this camera overall as a vlogger. Things that I don’t like is their APP it’s not all in one solution. You can not rely on it to edit videos. It’s connectivity to the cam is not the best at all, specially if you are coming from Insta360 , you gona notice a big difference in the app functionality and overall experience. Another thing that I don’t like or understand why is that you can NOT use low light mode in Vertical videos! The Finn’s thing is you CAN if you flip the camera SIDE WAY and looking weird , that don’t make ANY SENSE . The wide angle lens is barely barely barely a tiny bit almost not noticeable . Not sure why they call it wide lens , it might be unnoticeable wider frame but surely not effective . This camera would be a complete product once they redo their whole app. If you have zero reliance on the app and solely want the camera to do everything on your laptop then this is a good camera . Overall my opinion is if you are trying to chose between Insta360 and Osmo pocket 3, get Osmo pocket 3 as I tried both , I just wish they redo their app as it’s the only thing now that I hate about it . Hope that helped many of you in making a decision

In my experience, mics have been hit or miss. This one is a hit. It is used for a podcast in a professional capacity and there have been no concerns over sound quality. Would but again if needed.

I'm very happy with the quality this webcam delivered. I'm using Ubuntu 20.04 and has no issue at all. It is truly plug-n-play for this OS. Image quality is about right for the price. If I set it to 1080p, it's a little lagging which I think it could be related to my old PC and low profile video card. The ring-light works, but I'm not sure how much it contributed to the quality overall because I have 3 monitors facing me, that already provided sufficient lighting for the image. I don't think this webcam suits YouTube-r, if you are looking to become one and using this webcam as an entry level.

This is the swiss army knife of handheld recorders. I've owned an array of handheld recorders and the H6 Black is very flexible. I've used it with 6 xlr mics using the optional xlr head. It's intuitive to use and allows phantom power to be turned on individually for 4 of the 6 mic inputs. I also have and leverage the plug in cardiod and the Mid Side capsules. This recorder and its related mics make very natural sounding recordings without the edginess that I've encountered with some other handheld recorders. The H6 has a long battery life and an excellent build quality. I recommend it.

This panel is insane! As a content creator, I'm always looking for the best gear to go in my gear bag that isn't only durable, but also affordable. I've come to find that for the price point the Panel Pro really holds up when being used daily and tossed inside my camera bag also delivers when I need some constant light. I've paired this Panel with some of their stands they sell that work great for my macro and product photography as well as my videos. Can't be more stoked on this light

Please everyone stop sending reviews about protection plans and geek squad..this is unhelpful as it isn't even a review of the product which is the whole point..
