    Absolutely worthless!

    Waste of money. It states that the Geek Squad protects your product even after manufacturer warranty coverage ends. That's not necessarily true. Unlike some other warranties where coverage begins AFTER manufacturer's warranty ends, Geek Squad coverage begins immediately upon purchase, so coverage is limited to the length of the warranty you purchase. MBecause I purchased coverage when I purchased the product and it was for the same length of time as the manufacturer's warranty, my coverage ended at the same time of the manufacturer's warranty. Basically, I am SOL and left with a useless $120 (on sale, normally $150) digital picture frame, but including cost of Geek Squad I still ended up paying $150. Correction: my grandmother initially will be out of luck since it was her Christmas gift. Now, I have to come up out of pocket for a replacement! You can bet it won't be purchased at Best Buy and now I know to just continue purchasing Allstate Protection Plus, formerly SquareTrade warranty. Never had a surprise with them.

    Poor Microphone Quality

    I bought this specifically for the mic quality, assuming that Logitech would be good especially at this price point. But the mic quality is actually one of the worst I've tested. Many of the cheap Chinese products floating around the internet are actually much warmer and fuller sounding. The build quality is good, and it worked right out of the box. But be advised, you will sound tinny to anyone listening to you on the other end.

    Drove one hour away to pick up a broken defective camera … joystick broken and dangling on a brand new camera ??? Product was used dropped or swapped out by Best Buy employees and re sold as a new product !!! Complete Scam !! Waste of 700 dollars … Unbelievable do not buy from here !!!

    I am so disappointed with Best Buy, I was told i would recmy order by 4/11 then on 4/10 I get tracking info that says it wont be to me until 4/17 I have tried support chat several times and each time the agent would just unexpectedly transfer me, making wait for another agent. Tonight I was transferred twice and the third time I waited for over 10 minutes to only find out that the live chat stops right at 3 minutes before the last agent transferred me.

    Horrible customer support. I ordered an expensive DJI camera on the 11th of December and still haven't gotten it. Apparently a "refund" has been processed but to this day I still haven't gotten anything. I have spent hours upon hours on the phone with customer service and am being told the "backend" team is still reviewing it 5 weeks later. Im sure this will get deleted. If you are going to buy something from Best Buy it should be purchased in person and not over the internet.

    So i order this in gold color. Went to best buy to pick up but they gave me a totally different one. It is NOT GOLD but black, it is not 48.9 inches but 50inches something. So im gonna check if it will work on my fone then i'll keep it but if not then ill return it! Next time i hope i get what i order and paid for.

    Ticket number 8167358 I contacted blue yeti and told them I loosened the tension mechanism all the way until it came loose and it still didn't work. I also linked a youtube video of the ONLY solution to my problem being that some people get a dysfunctional product. Guess what they said... "We recommend loosening the tension mechanism or buy a shock mount to evenly distribute the weight." Well which is it? Does the tension work without the shock mount or is the shock mount required in order for the arm to work?! I'll change my 1-star to 5-star if I can simply have this product replaced with one that works without a shock mount, or a free shock mount. I would have purchased a shock mount if it was required...
