If you want to be sure to have your device protected geek is the way to go

My family loves the the protection plans we purchase geek squad and Best Buy always take care of us

Don't usually get store warranties, however as have cats who've already managed to "break" USB headsets twice, and I work from home as a phone agent, though this was a good item to cover.

I just want to say Best Buy Management stinks in Huntsville, Al. You may see me say this many times since we purchased from them many times before and was treated poorly and won’t buy there anymore.

Every purchase I make from Best Buy will always include the warranty with The Geek Squad. Time after time it has paid off.

Highly recommend getting protection!!! You never know when something will be defective!

Would not have an item like this with a warranty. No way should you not have a warranty on an item over $100
