    On July 6, I purchased this Geek Squad (GS) coverage along with a Logitech 920s webcam. The cam quit working, during a Zoom meeting, on August 28. I had used it approximately 6 times. I opened a chat with GS. They said I should download software from Logitech to fix the problem. While I was looking at Logitech's website, GS closed the chat. I wound up contacting Logitech directly to fix the problem.

    Way too expensive. Only bought it because the item it protects is a gift and I didn't want it to break and not be replaceable.

    Geek squad has let me down. Used to recccomend them to everyone but now it is a joke they want you to have that total tech subscription

    Surprisingly Worth It

    I normally don’t purchase extended warranty coverage, as I often feel it’s a waste of money. However, unexpected issues do happen. After some time of use, the equipment stopped functioning as expected. Unlike other manufacturer insurance experiences—which usually involve multiple phone calls, waiting for representatives, and unclear instructions that don’t always lead to a resolution—Geek Squad made the process extremely easy. I was able to visit a nearby store and speak directly with a Geek Squad representative. After a brief inspection and investigation, they quickly resolved the issue and simply provided a refund for the item. The in-store support was efficient, straightforward, and exceeded my expectations.

    I take care of my camera equipment. But the three times damage has occurred, the geek squad and the 2 year replacement coverage has saved me. I will only purchase from Best Buy because of this.

    My camera stopped working after couple months. Geek squad looked at it and when they wasn’t able to fix it they replaced the camera without any issues

    Overall it’s an ok/good camera . If it didn’t have the fumble it wouldn’t be worth it but I like this camera overall as a vlogger. Things that I don’t like is their APP it’s not all in one solution. You can not rely on it to edit videos. It’s connectivity to the cam is not the best at all, specially if you are coming from Insta360 , you gona notice a big difference in the app functionality and overall experience. Another thing that I don’t like or understand why is that you can NOT use low light mode in Vertical videos! The Finn’s thing is you CAN if you flip the camera SIDE WAY and looking weird , that don’t make ANY SENSE . The wide angle lens is barely barely barely a tiny bit almost not noticeable . Not sure why they call it wide lens , it might be unnoticeable wider frame but surely not effective . This camera would be a complete product once they redo their whole app. If you have zero reliance on the app and solely want the camera to do everything on your laptop then this is a good camera . Overall my opinion is if you are trying to chose between Insta360 and Osmo pocket 3, get Osmo pocket 3 as I tried both , I just wish they redo their app as it’s the only thing now that I hate about it . Hope that helped many of you in making a decision

    In my experience, mics have been hit or miss. This one is a hit. It is used for a podcast in a professional capacity and there have been no concerns over sound quality. Would but again if needed.
