Bad service, wrong instructions, wrong tracking
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got a broken iPad and the fixing instructions at the store where I dropped were completely different from what it actually happens. I have to call many times to the store to know what was going on with my product and service. At some point, the tracking information said it was delivered already to me when that wasn't the case and I couldn't even contact the geek squad. The final person that help me to figure out the issue and get my product back was really nice and helpful, but the previous people I talked to weren't helpful. This service is usually good, I have used it many times. The last time I used it, as described, was really poor.

I purchased a new one which had to be replaced as it froze up. The replacement froze up, so I will bring it in and get it replaced. I bought a Kindle on line from Amazon and it is working at least for now. I am tired of running Clear out to the Loop with Kindles.
