I had this on my laptop, and even with the struggles geek squad helped look up my item and found it and after attempting to fix it, instead of saying they can't help, they gave me a FULL REFUND in store credit. So nice

Aloha, If you included your service warranty with geek squad with an item you purchased from Best Buy, They never fail you, they will go far to help you get what you need. I know Geek Squad for years, they fix almost anything and everything. If you’re having a hard time they will be able to help you. If you have any other question they would be happily able to assist you.

Nice keyboard but not compatible with my desktop. It works once you figure out what key matches what symbol (@$&#) etc.

Best Buy helped me out very well! My product had stopped functioning as intended, which is okay because I had planned ahead and bought the protection plan on it. ALWAYS buy protection! You never know what may happen in life! I was able to replace my product with a new one, and went about my day.
