Insurance that didn't even register for me.

I tryed contacting the support phone number and got the run around so i just chucked it up as a lose and got a Allstate plan instead.

How you doing technical support on merchandise that hasn’t reached the customer yet. They definitely need to fix that and I’m not the one for games!

Support for the 'protection' is non-existent and should just replace the damaged item when brought in, not make you wait months for a repair that they don't even do before crediting you back what you paid as opposed to replacing it.
