    I can't believe how many good reviews these craptacular speakers get. I didn't expect much for this price, but my last speakers were half this price and far better. Anything but the lowest of volumes (mind you I am talking very low volumes...I'm older and not one to "blast" music or anything else) and the speakers start vibrating/rattling with an audible sound. I wouldn't take another pair for free. Don't waste your money.

    best buy and geek squad mess up again and again

    I bought a Samsung SSD online and picked it up at the store. A different item was in the box, so the employee said that it must have been put in the wrong box. 10 minutes later they came out of the back room with a Samsung SSD and said it was mine. It was not mine. It was another person's broken SSD. The store said since I bought it online that I have to call support. Support said that I have to go to the store. The store manager offered to order me a new one if I paid an extra $25. This has been an awful experience with nobody willing or able to take responsibility. I should have known better than to trust this company

    Key Chatter - Do Not Buy, Read the Issues Online

    This Keyboard developed terrible Key Chatter after only 6 months. Looking online, I found this to be a significant problem with Corsair Keyboards, especially so with this (the K60) and their k70 model. The only fix is to re-solder the a new switch as this is a mechanical issue, and you can't easily replace the switches. Save yourself the trouble and buy a slightly better brand of keyboard. For $90 I expected a much better product. My $20 wireless keyboard has lasted longer than this one , I am very disappointed.

    It’s terrible,the ipad won’t stay on the board for a second, as soon as you touch the ipad it falls down, and you can’t charge your pen!!! Every time should uncover the ipad!!!!

    What happened Logi?

    I have now given this headset a 2 time chance. Both of which purchased from bestbuy which is why I believe only they get the review. Both times this headset has failed in the left ear. Speaker will go dead and doesn't come back alive. It worked the day before and then nothing. Almost makes you think its a designed fail..

    All Blue Tooth = Worthless

    The USB-C cord that comes with this is just to charge the keyboard, it won't read the device. Sick of having to link this bluetooth keyboard all the time, and having it fail to link. And the Fn keys don't work like they should. Had to switch back to my old Logitech keyboard to get any work done. Blue tooth is unreliable. I don't want to type in a password for my keyboard every time my computer shuts off. Why is that so hard to comprehend?

    My TV screen was deemed defective by a repairman sent by Best Buy. I processed the warranty and specifically asked for a check sent for the total and not store credit. Guess what? They sent store credit to my email and not the check that I requested and they insisted they would send. Was transferred to 3 agents to fix it and none knew which department needed to fix the issue, horrible service.

    Great keyboard stylistically but functions poorly. The software needs to be updated constantly otherwise the keyboard will do weird things like randomly loose power to the keys. Nothing but headaches with power issues. I have to disco/reco the usb for the keyboard to work. I wouldn't purchase again.

    If 0/5 stars was available that would be my choice. Apparently after purchasing they wouldn’t charge and stay at blinking red before dying and then I researched that and learned it was very common. This happened from the first time trying to charge it it wouldn’t charge. Please return or look at different models if this happens to you. I tried a trick off YouTube to fix it but now am past my two week return period and dealing with this issues that has been ever present.

    Laggy crosshair

    Great mouse just sometimes my crosshair gets really lag i plug it in or turn it off and on and it doesnt go away it gets really annoying

    Failed after 2 days.

    It kept throwing off errors after only 2 days of use. Put it in my editing rig and after 2 days, it started not booting properly into Windows. Pulled out the unit, put my older Crucial NVMe in and computer worked perfectly fine. Since I had a spare slot in my test bench, I put this unit in and wanted to run some stress tests on it, and of course it started to fail just doing a basic read/write test. Returning it, staying away from SanDisk NVMe drives now.

    Ordered samsung ssd 2TB SATA 3 n got 1TB SATA 1

    so I ordered this item, which is 2 TB with SATA 3 ssd written on the box. I drove 10 miles back n forth with excitement, just to pick up the item from the store in Hawthorne. It ended up being a 1TB with SATA 1... not even 2 but 1. The box looked new but the product inside had signs of use, which was not what I expected. Now I have to drive another 10 miles back to the store for the exchange. great job BestBuy.. perfect.

    I usually don't review things unless it's obvious the other reviews are fake. This headset has absolutely terrible speakers and an abysmal mic. Like my old kracken 7.1 from 2017 sounded better and had a better mic... If you want a actual good razer headset and don't mind wires the Kracken Ultimate or any of the other krackens destroy this headset in terms of sound quality, build quality, and mic clarity.

    Disconnects from Mac Mini

    Doesn’t work properly with M2 Mac Mini. Stops working every 3 minutes, requiring you do plug out and plug in. Other similar reviews confirm this is a known issue.

    Whats up with your shipping Best Buy!

    I ordered this to have shipped to my house. They just shipped it in a best buy bag. I thought it was going to be packed considering it is a pretty expensive piece of hardware. The Wacom box was all dirty like it had been kicked around or something. And a month later the screen had and issue and I had to go through Wacom to get a replacement. Not going to have things shipped by best buy again. Can not be trusted to keep items safe.

    Disconnects constantly since Windows 10 update!

    Well as of 09/03/2020 I had an update to Windows 10 and so far I keep get disconnects all day so I tried everything and even reinstalled windows 10 and still same problem. I decided to go back to my laptop and my other desktop just to check it and as soon as I updated the laptop it started on it as well. So frustrating! The sound on Music is awesome but when it comes to gaming they suck really bad.

    Sticky keys less than a month after purchase

    Purchased this keyboard on May 26, 2023 and the keys have started to stick less than a month after purchase, nothing has been spilled on the keyboard, very disappointed in the product. Sadly, the keyboard is no longer returnable.
