Geeksquad accidental service is always a relief when buying new devices. Never used it, but at least I have something to fall back on.

The agent they did a good job for the mounting my TV on the wall in my Bedroom I enjoy watching TV at night and the cords are all in the way

Definitely worth it to have the peace of mind when it comes to an expensive tech purchase. You can just walk into the store, tell them whats wrong and they replace the product. hopefully I dont need to use it.

I absolute love this. There has been so many time I have broke my controller and I was able to get a new one for free. In other place they do give it to you like bestbuy. I have first hand experience.

I had to swap out a keyboard in store due to an obvious design flaw. They didn't even ask me what was wrong, they just let me swap it out. Done. No questions asked. This plan paid for itself!

Overall this is a good drive for backing up files. Be warned, if you're going to backup large files, buy a couple of 40-60mm usb fans to keep the drive cool. The ventilation for the 3.5 inch drive inside the case is lacking. By placing a fan on both ends--one blowing air in, and one out--the drive is comfortably cool.

Protection plans are a must, the accidental protection plan is the absolute best thing Bestbuy sells as an accessory

Words cannot express the way I feel about the replacement plan you can purchase through Best Buy. I add it to every purchase that needs one because you never know what can happen. Better to be safe than sorry

The replacement was almost magically easy, they didn’t have the exact mouse I wanted so they practically gave me store credit so I can practically upstage the mouse that broke.

For keyboard and headsets that are used daily we taken advantage of the warranty. Simple to use just trade out the item and pay a few dollars to extend the warranty.

I never needed geek squad for this item. However, I have used them for our laptops. I think they are great and have always fixed our problems.
