The profiles are amazing and switching between them is great and being able to use the adaptive triggers and switch the trigger stops are great. If you play on the PS5 a good amount and play a variety of games, I’d recommend it. Sure the battery does suck, but it’s an easy workaround, and it charges quick

Geek Squad accidental replacement has saved me thousands over the last 20 plus years of buying from Best Buy ! I have always purchased the replacement plans for anything over 50 dollars is my rule of thumb and let me tell you I have had many things go wrong with many different items and Geek squad has always been there to save the day ! I have only had one bad experience out of probably 30 or more different returns over the years where they would not fix a tv and that was just due to a worker that didn't seem to like customers and tried every way possible for the repair to be denied lol

Gotta have geek squad protection on my kids electronics to keep them going in case they break.
