The controllers are still better than any third-party options I’ve purchased over the last several years. Best Buy making things easier on exchanges and the like just make them a prime consideration for all future endeavors, especially the protection plan when wear and tear sets in.

Good oportunity to insurance your equipements. I have not used it so far, but its cost benefit seems excellent to me.

Haven't had to use the protection replacement plan yet but happy i got it. The headset is great and sturdy but you never know when something will happen. Having it and getting a replacement for 2 years is better than paying 100.00 if something goes wrong

Everytime I had a question or concern it was answered. It's nice to be able to just go into the store and get my items exchanged or repaired.

I’m glad I bought the warranty because it did come in handy when I dropped it a few times. It’s worth getting it incase it breaks or stops working.

Best option you can invest for, option to replace faulty devices with new one is the best!

Worth it just for the peace of mind not to mention Incase a item brakes you can get a new one just will need to buy a new warranty

Great remote!! My son loves it and they are sturdy. He's dropped it numerous times and it's still working smoothly.

I have had all kinds of serves and paid lots of money and at the end when i want to but a claim they try to change my more money but geek squad does what they say they are going to do excellent work you get your moneys worth

My son is always breaking his headset service contract is very necessary

Geek squad is a little more expensive than other 2-year replacement warranties, but they have been hassle-free unlike other warranties from All State. So, I prefer Geek Squad even if I have to pay a little extra.

Some may question purchasing a warranty but to me when you make an investment in an item that is going to get plenty of use, an extended warranty is a small price to pay for peace of mind.

I love how if anything goes wrong with my product I can take it in and get ot replaced. Thats why I only buy my electronics from best buy.

I never complete a purchase from BestBuy without also getting one of their trusty warranties. If anything goes wrong, they fix or replace the item with light speed. The warranties aren’t too high priced either. Great way to feel safe about your purchases.

Great purchase when my PS5 controllers broke due to the design flaws in the trim work. They were replaced with new ones no questions asked.
