The replacement program is great had to return my son controller to his PlayStation yes I took it back and within a week I had a new one

Had to utilize them on my sons switch already and they replaced the controllers without a problem, however, I had to wait in line for an hour to speak with a tech and then it took almost a week for his new controllers to arrive.

They were very helpful and accommodating and very polite.

I put the protection on all the products that I buy, it is the best decision that can be made and it saves a lot of money in the future.
