This has saved me as the Xbox controllers tend to have a short life. Was able to return and get a new one even after the Microsoft warranty expired. Very easy - love the geek squad warranty!

The most amazing insurance, any time your stuff breaks they fix or replace it, and the cost of the new insurance is the only cost in most cases. I tend to have stick drift on my xbox controllers within the first month or so, and this saves me a ton of money by allowing me to keep my controllers newer.

Personally, I bought this so that I can exchange my PS5 controller after a year and a half or so. It’s really good cause that’s typically when my PS5 controllers start to get drift. You exchange it and then only ever gotta buy another warranty. After paying $95, you only gotta pay $20 every 1.5 to 2 years

I cannot stress this enough! Buy this protection, it’s beyond worth it. My son’s dog chewed through the cable of my Logitech shifter due to lack of supervision (son’s fault). Brought the old one in and swapped it in seconds. Also, bought the plan again, you know, just in case of lack of supervision. *wink*

Purchasing a protection plan is always the best thing to do I have never had a problem getting and item fixed or replaced with the geek squad protection they have never let me down

Bought it for a real Xbox controller due to having one made from garbage by SCUF that lasted 2 months. Hopefully I don’t have to use the replacement warranty on a real Xbox controller.

I purchased an Xbox controller on sale and purchased Geek Squad Protection. After a little over a year, with kids, it was shot. Buttons were sticking and it had moderate drift. I took it to the closest Best Buy, they had me get a new controller and swapped me out with no questions asked. It was surprisingly low stress and I will consider it in future purchases as well.

Never a bad idea to have extra protection on your purchase. Hate to have to buy the same item twice.

Excellent!! If the product breaks down you just bring it in for a replacement. Haven’t used it yet, but it seems to be great.

This warranty is great for my PS5 controller because it always breaks somehow whether it’s drift or the trigger messes up but I always need to replace it within two years, so I always make sure to buy it for the controller. It’s very easy to use. I just take the controller to Best Buy and they let me pick out a new one.

I love knowing that my devices are safe being with geek squad because if you have any sort of problems with the product they sail the seven seas cross the uncrossable mountains and tear through the heavens to make sure you get your devices fixed or in worst case scenario replace your device. Might have slitly exaggerated a bit but I can truly trust my devices in their hands.

I had insurance on my headset and they help me pretty quickly no problems very nice people
