I’ve had the pulse earbud for almost a year now. The sound quality is great thanks to the recent updates on the PS5 where you can adjust the settings on the Pulse Explore. Good for gaming and for those who does not like the headphones where it gets hot in the ear and heavy on the head after hours and hours of game time. It’s almost perfect except for the connection issue where it randomly disconnects fromt he console.

The best headset quality for the playstation, has many functions and i can adapt it to my liking. For me its been very durable and very reliable. Its been my go to headphones everyday. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a reasonable price and good headphones.

Headset stopped working only a couple months of use. Good thing i purchased the geek squad replacement plan! Brought back to best buy and was able to get a new headset, super easy! Thank you!

If you game regularly then your controller will break! It just will. And PSN company controllers are the best. This plan gives a free controller when yours breaks, but the warranty is void at that point. So in reality this lets you by the next controller for about 60%off.

What is this item it does not state what it is I am slightly confused it justbhas a picture of random black shapes like a blender maybe a coffee pot I am notnsure what they represent

Over all the two times I’ve needed to replace my broken equipment this really works unless your product becomes discontinued then they will issue a refund for your products price but over all it’s great to have better than paying full price for a new one

Great controller for the switch. I’ve been through a few of them but each one always feels amazing!

Don't pass this up. Xbox controller was 6 months old (probably still under original warranty) and I started to have problems with the thumb sticks. Walked into Best Buy with my receipt and instantly had a return refund! No hassles at all and I highly recommend!!
