Best Buy stands behind their product replacement program. I've used it before with mostly no hassle or issues. Highly recommend this option especially with products that have mechanical moving parts or products you travel with or carry with you. Also a must for high-tech non-basic appliance models and laptops that are going off to college. Consider purchasing Total Tech Support and save an additional percentage off.

I buy Geek Squad with anything that is an electronic - anytime I have had a problem - they are fast, efficient and worth it! Coverage is transferable too - handy! They will absolutely replace the item if it cannot be fixed or if it has needed to be repaired a certain amount of times.

Definitely worth getting when purchasing any electronics. You never know what could happen. It could come straight out of the box damaged or something could happen down the line. Alway good to have a back up plan

I usually get the replacement plans on items that are $150+ just to be on the safe side. I had no issues when coming in for a replacement for my xbox elite controller. I highly recommend on these types of things that can be easily broken and accident prone.

Protection plans are always worth it with newer technology. Don’t skip out on it, you may regret it.

We've had the misfortune/good fortune of having to use our Geek Squad replacement policy for a refrigerator and coffee maker. In both cases, we had to get the full purchase price of our original appliance applied toward a replacement. Ther replacement process was completely pain-free, and I now buy this policy with any kind of major purchase for the peace of mind.

this headset is amazing! good audio quality and great mic. zero distortion. the wireless adapter uses usb-c but the headset comes w a usb to usb-c dongle so you can connect it to your xbox. The headset also has Bluetooth so you can connect it to your phone and listen to music.

Any time that I have had an issue (and there hasn't been to many tbh) they have come through with flying colors. My items have been promptly fixed or replaced. Will always ad the warranty to my Best Buy purchases!
