I am on my second replacement, after the original worked well for many years. First replacement fell to controller drift after 1 year and is not usable.

But when you do have to use it... oh my goodness are you so glad you did. Truly zero questions asked (besides the typical “what’s wrong with it” and such) and just gave me store credit to get same item or a different item of my choosing. I now buy their protection with all of my big purchases knowing that Best Buy has my back.
