Buying the Geek Squad Accidental Warranty is a no brainer for most every electronics purchase. Well worth the money when a PS4 controller wears out and becomes more challenging to play games. It's also great for those other items that fail.

Our tv’s picture went out and luckily we still had warranty. Setting up the appointment was quick and easy. The service technicians were friendly and arrived on time. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to fix our tv but offered a replacement for the same value. We were able to buy a new tv and just had to pay the difference on the upgrade. It was perfect!

Really solid deal, especially if you're hesitant on a referb/open box item.

Highly recommend all customers buying Xbox controllers get the extended warranty. Xbox controllers are the only thing i regularly put extra warranty on.

Play protection for the device I purchase, not only does it give me a comfort at home to know that if they were to find break, it also gives me the comfort to know that if amount functioning was to happen, I can easily go to each one and it will be taken care of

The wired setup ensures there’s no lag or battery concerns, which is a big plus. The cable is long enough for comfortable use, though I wish it had a detachable option for storage.

Get this on your video game controllers. They break, they get gross, they get stuck drift. Best life hack I’ve done for the last 5 years is have a controller with this plan. Stick drift affects my game? Boom, new controller for the price of a new plan.

I love Best Buy warranty protection! This is one company that I can honestly say stands behind their warranty protections without any run arounds, headaches, or hoops to jump through. I have had to unfortunately return a couple things throughout the past 10 years or so under the product protection plans, but thankfully Best Buy has always made this as easy and pain-free as possible.

Buy it if you wanna break stuff and don’t want to use the manufacturer warranty

I have used the warranty a few times and they are pretty good about taking care of things on the spot. From what im told that they may have to send your item away to get fixed on,just glad i havent had to do that.

What isn’t clear when you purchase this replacement plan is how exactly it works. IE you buy a 2 year plan for $60, your controller breaks in 92 days, you can get a replacement for free. However, your 2 year plan is now done. You have to pay $60 to restart the plan. Still saves money on a $180 controller.

I think I likes this I am an 56 yr man and my kids love this it was very nice to have this my kids break things all the time and I don’t have money all the time lol anyways this is very cool and I hope more people get this geek squad

I prefer to buy the protection plan (the longer protection the better) because if something happens to the product it will get fixed or replaced without me having to spend the extra money on buying the same product again and if I don't use the plan oh well, it's better to have it than to not have gotten it and something happens and I'm out that money on the product.
