I know some of these plans can get pricey, but they are absolutely worth it for expensive hard to replace items.

The warranty itself is great, but I shouldn't have to spend $60 every other month getting a warranty replacement on these controllers because they suck. They're incredible controllers, but for whatever reason they're notorious for having a button go out here or a stick go out there. I have my controller for less than a month and the B button is stuck. It's a $200 controller I shouldn't have to pay $60 six times a year to use it.

Hassle free experience…. I think not . I was harassed and told I didn’t purchase this item at the store I clearly bought it from I even have the digital receipt and management doesn’t want to do an echange even for a cheaper 6 dollar less controller . These colored controllers cost more than the white and black ps5 controller

If you’re thinking about getting one or just on the rocks let me just say with the amount of times my son has gotten a hold of mine or my wife’s controller is astonishing and I’m just so glad I had a protection plan. I will say the effort the team at your local Best Buy puts in to make sure you’re happy with your trade in is amazing. Now I can only speak from buy controllers but the team at my local Best Buy always asks if I’m comfortable with picking something else from their stock that is within the same price range or if I’d like them to order the same product to the store for me to pick up. Do to me and the wife being somewhat heavy gamers mostly at night it just fits perfect for us when you just do a trade in for something of the same price in another color or same color if in stock or maybe pick up something even more expensive than the broken controller and put a new protection plan on that and it’s great when you only have certain controllers and don’t want to switch one from a different system to the system you want to use. I also love that the plan covers the cost of the item if it cost more or less depending on what you get plus you get the new renewed protection plan for pretty much free like I had a $70 controller and it broke and replaced it with a $50 controller and paid $8 for a new protection plan that’s a steal to me. Just all around very useful and reliable.

I cannot express how much peace of mind I gain knowing that if anything happens to my device, I can usually have it replaced same day with a brand new one (sometimes even an upgrade!) I no longer feel the need to use a case, so I get to enjoy the design of the hardware as intended. Anything even remotely breakable and valuable? I’m getting the protection plan.

Bought a nice Samsung gaming monitor and didn’t put protection on it that day prior to becoming a My Best Buy member. Regretted it and wanted to put it on the monitor and they allowed me to put it on it retroactively. Best Buy is the best way.

Geek Squad Insurance is a must. If you have and technical problem they will solve the problem. Buy any item thats electrical and it will be insured automatically.

The two-year warranty for the Xbox elite controller is definitely a must. The controller is awesome, but has a lot of issues with the joystick breaking down pretty quickly and this warranty helps bring peace of mind when having to spend so much on a controller

This controller surprised me with how light it is. I normally use a wired controller and even this is lighter than that. I havent had any problems with it long battery life normaly last a couple days with 3-4 hour gaming sessions. The only thing i would say is i wished that the cack buttons had a bit more space between them i foinf myself accidentally pressing the wong buton from time to time. As for the screen i like the abilities that you get like adjusting conected headphones mix and volume without having to go though any menu's. I sometimes conect my iems to this controller and make it very convenient.

I got this protection plan for my PS5 controller and it gives good peace of mind. Controllers get a lot of daily use, so it’s nice having coverage for accidental damage and possible issues over time. The process was simple and easy to add during purchase. Definitely worth it if you use your controller often.

I bought a headset almost 2 years ago and got the warranty. I went to get a new pair becuase the old one’s audio was acting up. They didn’t have the same style so they gave me the newer version no problem. Works great and got another 2 years

Having this for an ADH-covered item, especially for a high-investment item like a desktop computer, is a great choice to avoid high-cost repairs or replacements down the line.

I put it on all of my products especially if I buy open box! Had an open box Xbox controller and one of the bumpers went bad and ended up getting a replacement for free and put gsp on it!
