Normally don’t buy extended warranties. But PS5 controllers seem to have stick drift after only 6 months if use and PlayStation customer service is the absolute worst so not taking any second chances with this purchase. Although NOT cheap getting it for the peace of mind!!!

Great warranty got me a new controller for free with warranty then got another warranty for 11 dollars.

Had a controller fail due to stick drift and they replaced it no problem. I bought the insurance again because future stick drift is inevitable.

I haven't had to use the Geek Squad for any replacement or installation yet, but I always make sure to get the 2 year protection and geek squad service to have the peace of mind!

Love extended warranty on PS5 got to replace the joystick every 2 years cuz it drift or buttons stick
